White Caps Restaurant
Our signature dining venue, the White Caps restaurant boasts a broad menu of classic regional dishes, Vietnamese specialties and international staples. Our Western specialties include items off the grill, from imported lamb and steak cuts to salmon and cod fillets. Vietnamese specialties such as Cau Lao noodles as well as lemongrass clams and grilled scallops will satisfy the palates of those who prefer a local experience. A sizable choice of vegetarian dishes also features prominently on the menu.
